A night out on the town involved enjoying the Cirque de la Symphonie for my mom this past weekend. While I was bummed to have missed it, I am glad that my mom was able to attend on my behalf. Here is what she had to say about Cirque de la Symphonie:
From the moment you stepped inside the amphitheater, its ambiance made us feel as though we were in for a great night, an it was. We were excited to see cirque acts (aerial flyers, acrobats, contortionists, dancers, jugglers, balancers, and strongmen) performed on a stage to the classical masterpieces of the full symphony orchestra. Both the performers and the orchestra made you feel as though they were performing just for you. The melodic tones of the orchestra provided soothing to the heart and soul while the talented performers captivated your spirit. It was magical.
If the 2017 Festival of the Arts Boca features the Cirque de la Symphonie, I highly suggest that you go and check it out with the family (especially when this year they had a family festival for the family to enjoy right before the event). You can go ahead and save the dates for next year’s festival: March 3 – March 12, 2017.
